How to Report an Issue
We’ve partnered with SavedBy, our package protection partner, to make the claims process as fast and easy as possible. For each order, you'll receive an email with the subject line: “Your Nourish Food Club Order Is Protected”
Please hang on to this email until you've received and inspected your order.
If something isn’t right with your delivery, here’s what to do:
1. Open the SavedBy email. See image below for what the contents of this email will include.
2. Click “File a Claim.”
3. Select what went wrong and briefly describe the issue (see image below).
If you click “File a Claim” directly from the email, all of the information above will be auto-filled in for you besides the What Happened? And Detailed Explanation.
After you submit your claim, a SavedBy representative will follow up with a request for a photo of the reported issue.
Please note: submitting a photo is a required part of the claims process. SavedBy uses this visual documentation to assess what happened and determine how best to resolve the issue. Without a photo, they’re unable to move forward with processing the claim — so we kindly ask that you include one to avoid any delays or a denied claim.
Once your claim is reviewed, SavedBy will issue a credit or refund depending on the situation and your preference!
Important Guidelines
- Claims must be filed within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
- Because we ship perishable items, please make sure someone is available to receive and properly store your package right away (in the fridge, freezer, or pantry as appropriate).
Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns.
However, if you encounter any issues, our team is here to support you every step of the way through the SavedBy claims process.
