Sourdough Waffle Box

Delicious, easy-to-digest, & nutrient-rich - no other waffle like it on the market!

Each waffle box contains: 

(6) Large Buttermilk Waffles
(1) 12-oz glass Pure Maple Syrup jar from Maple Row Sugarhouse

This cost reflects purchasing the best ingredients you can find: 

• Our low PUFA eggs
• Organic flour
• Christy’s sourdough starter
• Organic, 100% grass-fed, A2A2 buttermilk and butter
• Pure Maple Syrup from Maple Row Sugarhouse (tapped from trees right by our farm!)
• Redmond Real Salt
• Baking soda

Why easier to digest? 

1. First, these are sourdough waffles! And this batter is long fermented, meaning the gluten proteins in the flour are pre-digested, broken down, and much easier to digest. Those at our local milk tasting event were able to digest these waffles without any problems (despite not being able to consume other bread products)

2. Second, the dairy used in this batter is the best of the best! The buttermilk and butter are fully A2A2, which is scientifically shown to be easier to digest than much of the conventional dairy out there (that contain A1 casein proteins). Plus, the dairy comes from cows that are 100% grass-fed and rotated to fresh grass daily!

3. The sugar source in these waffles is REAL maple syrup (many maple syrup options at the store have been diluted with corn syrup to lower costs!) This is the REAL DEAL, and the maple syrup is tapped from trees right down the road from us at the farm! Tapped and bottled by Maple Row Sugarhouse.

4. We use Organic flour, meaning no pesticides, no fortified iron, or nasty potassium bromate (a possible human carcinogen which is banned in several other countries, but is still used in conventional flour & baked goods in the US to strengthen dough and allow it to rise higher)

5. Last, but not least, the waffle batter uses our very own corn & soy free, low PUFA eggs. We have many egg customers who are not able to digest any other eggs! The lower PUFA levels improve metabolism and gut health, and the eggs are free of problematic and allergenic compounds in corn and soy.
