Raw milk from 100% Grass-Fed A2A2 dairy sheep, rotationally grazed on diverse pastures, soaking in the sunlight, and always connected to the land.

Sheep milk is naturally A2A2 and rich in MCTs and CLAs. The fat in sheep dairy is naturally homogenized, allowing for better tolerance for some individuals due to the smaller fat molecules. Packed with healthy saturated fats, including metabolism-supporting stearic acid and C15:0, our raw milk is naturally low in unsaturated fats. The sheep are not supplemented with soy or high-PUFA feeds, ensuring the PUFA content remains low, just as nature intended.

Never heated, this milk retains a wealth of heat-sensitive compounds that support your health, including fat-soluble vitamins, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial lactoferrin, oligosaccharides, natural enzymes, intact complex lipids (such as glycosphingolipids), immunoglobulins, cytokines like TGF-beta, and the renowned “Wulzen Factor” (the “anti-stiffness factor”), known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-calcification properties. This milk is also rich in essential fat-soluble enzymes like lipase and protease, along with a variety of other bioactive compounds that enhance overall wellness.

Since the sheep are 100% grass-fed and raised on diverse pastures, their milk contains higher levels of vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals—anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer compounds that are absent in grain-fed, confinement dairy.

Raised in harmony with nature, our dairy sheep are never treated with vaccines, antibiotics, hormones, or dewormers, ensuring you receive clean, nutrient-rich raw milk, packed with goodness.

Caution: For Cosmetics -
The government has concluded that raw (non-pasteurized) dairy products may contain pathogens that pose a risk of illness, meaning that consuming raw dairy can significantly increase the likelihood of food borne illness. Accordingly, Nourish raw dairy products are for cosmetic purposes only, and are not intended for human consumption. Our dairy animals are raised using regenerative practices on healthy pastures and healthy environments, and cleanliness and milk testing are our top priority, so these products are produced with the same rigorous human-grade standards.

Milk is frozen soon after milking to ensure it arrives as fresh as possible. Yes, it is perfectly fine to freeze raw milk. Freezing does not compromise its enzymatic activity, bioactive compounds, or fat-soluble vitamins. In fact, Dr. Weston A. Price tested butter that had been frozen for a year and found its nutrient content remained fully preserved.

Recommended Thawing Method to Avoid Chunks:
Place the milk container in a large bowl of cold water on the countertop and let it slowly defrost—this typically takes 8-12 hours and works well overnight. Ensure there are no remaining ice chunks before shaking the container vigorously to reincorporate any separation, then transfer it to the refrigerator. Ready for your desired needs.

Raw Sheep Milk Reviews

So grateful

I'm living proof that Nourish has the most pristine, healing food on the planet!! Throughout my entire life I haven't been able to consume any dairy, even raw A2 goat products from other farms, until I shared with Ashley my negative experiences with dairy. I am so happy to report that I'm enjoying Nourish A2 dairy without any migraines, acne breakouts, or rashes! Additionally, Nourish has the most ancestraly raised, needle-free, chemical-free, low histamine, low PUFA meat, bone broth and eggs on this planet! Nourish provides me with most of my daily food... can't imaging my life without Ash and Sarah and Nourish! 🙏

100% Grass-Fed & Regeneratively Raised

Our commitment to 100% grass-fed means no grains or feedlots—ever. Our dairy sheep graze freely on nutrient-rich pastures, supporting their natural health and metabolism. In contrast, grain-fed dairy sheep are confined to feedlots and fattened on grain diets, resulting in excessive fat accumulation and metabolic problems. Research shows that grain-fed sheep have elevated glucose, triglycerides, and oxidative stress markers, while pasture-finished animals maintain superior metabolic function.

However, not all grass-fed is the same. Sheep raised through rotational grazing are moved between diverse patches of grass, mimicking the natural movement of wild herbivores. This practice enhances soil health, biodiversity, and the nutritional quality of the milk. Rotationally grazed sheep consume a wider variety of nutrient-rich grasses, resulting in milk with higher concentrations of vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals.

By choosing grass-fed, you’re enjoying a cleaner, more nutrient-dense product that mirrors the dairy our ancestors thrived on—free from the fatty acid manipulation and endocrine-disrupting pesticides and phytoestrogens often found in conventional grain-fed dairy.

Raw, with Enzymes & Nutrients Intact

Raw dairy, as Mother Nature intended, has been cherished for thousands of years for its rich nutritional profile. Unlike pasteurized dairy, raw dairy contains higher levels of vitamins, minerals, and vital nutrients that are often destroyed by heat treatment. The natural enzymes and beneficial bacteria, like lactobacillus and butyrate-producing bacteria, are preserved in raw milk, which support the production of lactase in the gut, enhancing lactose digestion and improving overall gut health. Additionally, raw dairy is rich in lactoferrin, a powerful whey protein that plays a critical role in immune health, gut function, and inflammation reduction. Unlike pasteurized or ultra-processed dairy, raw dairy retains its full nutritional value, providing a potent source of health-boosting properties.

Our raw dairy is sourced from rotationally grazed livestock on diverse pastures, ensuring the milk contains not only an abundance of essential vitamins and minerals, but also beneficial phytochemicals—bioactive compounds known for their anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic properties. The nutritional quality of dairy is directly linked to the grazing practices, and livestock that graze on varied grasses and plants accumulate more of these beneficial compounds. These phytonutrients transfer into the milk, offering you dairy that is richer in natural goodness. By accessing raw dairy from rotationally grazed animals, you are nourishing your body with a truly nutrient-dense food, packed with the goodness that nature intended.

The A2A2 Difference

Sheep milk is often better tolerated than conventional cow’s milk due to its unique composition. Naturally containing only the A2 beta-casein protein, sheep milk lacks the A1 variant that many struggle to digest. Historically, humans thrived on A2 dairy from traditional breeds of cows, goats, and sheep, while the shift to A1 dairy only occurred with the rise of modern commercial breeds like the Holstein. Additionally, sheep milk is naturally homogenized, meaning its smaller fat molecules remain suspended in the milk, which may further aid in tolerability and absorption.

Sheep milk is exceptionally nutrient-dense, packed with metabolism-supporting fats like MCTs and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), which help counteract the effects of widespread PUFA exposure. Unfortunately, many modern sheep dairies feed PUFA-rich grains like soybeans, which directly alters the fatty acid composition of the milk. We do not manipulate nature’s design—our sheep are 100% grass-fed and rotationally grazed on lush pastures during the growing season, ensuring the highest quality milk with the naturally balanced fats your body wants.
